The Viennese State Opera that was designed by August Sicard and Eduard van der Null and was built in 1869 in Renaissance Revival style is one of the best options for a wonderful classical concert in Vienna. It has a capacity of 1709 seated and 567 standing visitors. It is the home of the Vienna State Ballet, has its own orchestra and is known for the annual Vienna Opera Ball which attracts visitors from all over the world.
